Have you been recently diagnosed with facial paralysis and have failed to found sound information as to what you should do and what kind of treatment you should be seeking? Are you struggling understanding what you should be working on Bell's palsy or Ramsay Hunt Syndrome? You might be at a loss as to who to work with, get help from and reach out to to work on your condition.
Here is a chance to get accurate information and learn how facial stretching can help you at this stage, directly from a facial therapist.
Working with facial palsy patients daily and leading a Facebook support group, I am aware that majority of patients do not get the proper information and facial rehabilitation to help them improve and manage their symptoms, which can later lead to facial restriction that prevent them for regaining full normal facial movement.
During this 1 hour long instructional webinar, you will learn the reason and key concept of facial stretching, how to stretch some parts of your face and be able to assess its benefit, as well as understanding what it would be like to work with a facial therapist.
Disclaimer:
I want to make clear that this webinar is by no mean a personalized facial therapy treatment. Receiving proper care in facial therapy requires one on one evaluation, treatment planning and administration of that treatment plan.
While some of the few stretches demonstrated could help you if you are dealing with synkinesis, this webinar is by no means personalized to address your synkinesis and decrease your synkinetic patterns. Your unique synkinetic patterns need to be evaluated and analyzed with a facial expert so the proper treatment can be developed. You cannot treat synkinesis on your own or from a webinar.
It is also not appropriate for post surgical facial palsy patients.
